Launching an ad school to help address an imbalance in the industry.
We oversaw the branding and design of the school, helped shape its structure as a 10 week course with long term mentoring for each student built in, and taught classes on copywriting, art direction and teamwork.


The school has become a yearly programme with a long term ambition for its graduates to feed directly into the staffing of the creative department.
